Mission Statement

The Most Blessed Sacrament Faith Formation Program is an essential part of the mission of the parish. The parish supports parents and guardians who are the primary teachers of the faith. The goal of the program is to form the students to be disciples of Jesus Christ, capable of living life with Catholic-Christian values. The program is rooted in the Sunday celebration of the Eucharist where the entire parish draws strength from both word and Sacrament.

Fees
Tuition is $125 per family through July 1st;
$150 per family after July 1st.
Please contact us to make any special arrangements.
We want every child to have the opportunity for a religious education.

New Parishioners
If you are new to MBS Parish, first please fill out the Parish Registration Form.

Enrollment
Families can either enroll online or by completing the pdf enrollment form,
and sending it with payment to Faith Formation Office,
MBS/Incarnation Parish Office, 429 Upham Street, Melrose, MA 02176.
Note, the online enrollment form will accept payment information first.
All necessary enrollment information is entered on the following screen.
