Mission Statement

The Most Blessed Sacrament Faith Formation Program is an essential part of the mission of the parish. The parish supports parents and guardians who are the primary teachers of the faith. The goal of the program is to form the students to be disciples of Jesus Christ, capable of living life with Catholic-Christian values. The program is rooted in the Sunday celebration of the Eucharist where the entire parish draws strength from both word and Sacrament.

Program Information

Registration Information Letter

All Grades meet on Mondays twice a month

Session One meets 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    1st Grade - 5th Grade
    2nd Grade - Preparing for the Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Eucharist

Session Two meets at 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
6th and 7th Grade
8th Grade - through High School - Preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation

All students are expected to attend Mass regularly, including the Faith Formation Mass the first Sunday of each month  at 11 a..m. followed by light refreshments in the Parish Hall and any special faith formation student and family gatherings.

Fees 
$125/per family if you register before July 1st 
$150/per family after July 1st
$25 additional fee due by October 5th for students preparing for Confirmation in Spring 2027
